Ronan

Ronan was a four years old boy who was diagnosed Stage IV Neuroblastoma, after a strange thing in his eye. That little boy with blue eyes fought a lot, but his happy life ended on 9th May 2011. 

His mother, Maya Thompson, wrote a blog where she talks about all their feelings and what she and her family had to pass. Taylor Swift, the twenty two years old singer, saw her blog, and as lots of times, she wrote a song about it, about Ronan. 

Taylor Swift is a girl who always writes about the things she pass. Each song speaks about a boy which she had a relationship and ended, or somethings like that. Things that happened in real life. 

The song was made it thinking with the things Ronan's mother posted. The things Taylor added in the song are things that Maya put on her blog. Her feelings. 
The song's name is easy: Ronan. 

The first time I heard it, I didn't know what about it is. The first thing I thought was that it was talking about another boy, but it wasn't. I went to Google, and I read it. The second time I heard it I cried. The third time I heard it I cried more. And everytime I heard the song I cry. Every single time. It's not a joke. I do not usually listen to this song, because it makes me feel sad. Sad because it's not only Ronan who has lived with this pain. It's not only his family. Unfortunately, there are hundreds and hundreds of people who have to live that.

It's true. People can't buy happiness. People can't make all their dreams true. People can't meet their idols. People can't be with the person they like. People can't live for ever. People can't have all they want. But with this, people can't stop believing. People can't stop dreaming. People can't stop fighting. People can't stop trying. People can't stop doing mistakes. 

Maybe they won't meet their idol, but maybe they'll go to their concert. Maybe they won't be with the person they like, but maybe he'll love them back and they'll be together. Maybe they won't live for ever, but they'll enjoy every single day of their life. Maybe they won't have all they want, but they'll have some of those things. 

People have to believe in their dreams. If they don't believe in their dreams, they won't have anything in mind to do. We are humans, we need things to do. We need dreams to follow, things to fight, things to try. We've got today to make mistakes, and maybe tomorrow to fix them. 

There are things in life that make us happier that we can't buy like happiness, love, good friends, family... And then, there are things that can make all better when you are sad, that you can buy, like ice creams, cupcakes, pizzas, sweets...

So, why don't try to follow our dreams? Why don't try and do mistakes? And with all of these, eat a perfect ice cream? Or cupcake? Or whatever you want? 

My favourite movie

My favourite film is Finding Neverland. It's protagonized by my favourite actor, Johnny Depp and the protagonist of Titanic, Kate Winslet.

Finding Neverland is about a writer theatre, who their plays are having bad comments. 

One day he meet a girl and her four sons, and they start a nice relation, which is hated by the man's wife and the women's mother. 

They had a great summer together, but one of that nice days, Sylvia, the women, starts coughing. She discovers that she has a pulmonary problem, but she decides that she don't want have drugs. 

The man's wife decides to stop with the relationship, and they leave it. Meanwhile, Sylvia is getting too sick, too sick. 

When Mr. Barrie, the man, is on the premiere of his play, goes to Sylvia's house where there she says that she is dying. Because of this, a day, Sylvia's son asks her mother if she could go down the stairs. There, she sees the play in her living. The courtain gets open and behind, they can see Never Never Land. 

Sylvia goes inside, and there is where she dies. 

Before I saw that film, I had not cried never before for a film, but with this one, I cried a lot. 

This film make me feel like I have to enjoy all I have, enjoy the life, enjoy when you have time to do the things. We have to live the moment, live the life with fantasy. We don't have to see all negative, lots of things can be nice. That things you see boring, can be funny, if you want. 

Life is too short, and you don't know what can happen.

The best horror movie I have seen

The best horror movie I have seen? The thruh, I don't know. I've seen a lot of horror movies and I like them all, although I was scared for a week with each one.  

Right now, one of the horror films I had seen that is in my head is Paranormal Activity. 

In my opinion, that film is not one of the most horror movies, but when I saw it, I hated it and I was very scared for a while.

Paranormal Activity is composed by four films: Paranormal Activity, Paranormal Activity 2, Paranormal Activity 3 and Paranormal Activity 4. 

Obviously, the first of that ones I saw was the first one, Paranormal Activity, and It was at the cinema. 

I can't remember which year it was, but maybe I was like twelve or thirteen years old.

I went to see it with my friend Meritxell. Whe didn't know what film to watch, and we went to the cinema to see what films there was. 

Her mom was telling us all the time to don't watch any horror film, and our intention wasn't to see it. 

We saw the name and we decided to watch it. (We didn't see it said +18). 

We were the only ones, except a couple of old people, who were in that room of the cinema. We didn't know why. 

Half of the film we were with the eyes closed. It was too scared for us, and when the film ended, we were scared like I've never been. 

In the car, her mom asked us for which film did us see, and we said that we watched a comic movie. 

She couldn't sleep that night, and I slept so good. 

That film talks about a couple who have moved to a new house. The women had problems when she was little with a strange paranormal thing. 

In the new house, she feels like the strange paranormal thing is again there. Her husband decides to put a video camera which is recording every single night. 

The first night, the camera recorded some steps running, so the wife hires Dr.Frederichs, who tell her that she is not haunted by a ghost but by a demon. He tells her that what the demon needs is negative energy, but his husband doesn't believe all these things. 

The following night the camera recorded strange sounds and the door in movement. 

The fifth night the sounds are constantly, before Katie, the wife, wakes up of a nightmare. Then, Katie's husband starts insulting the demon, and here is where the things start going bad... 

With the time, the camara is recording more and more sounds, demonic sounds. 

In one of the nights, Katie gets up and stays up looking her husband for hours, and after,  she goes down the stairs, and falls sleep in the garden. 

With all of this, Micah, the husband, decides to play the Ouija. All starts moving and falling. 

Next day, in a room, they find a picture of Katie, which theoretically had burned in a fire. 

All this paranormal things are getting bigger. Every night something new is happening. Doors moving, steps walking and running, and the bed sheets are moving all night. 

Strange things are happening to Katie. One night, Micah sees his wife taking a cross, and when she talks, he hears that his wife's voice has changed. 

The next night, Katie went down and screams Micah's name. The camera can record her screaming a lot. 

Then, Micah's body starts moving, crashing into the walls and the floor. Suddenly, the camera can record Katie, and all is completely with blood. Shortly after, Katie goes near the camera, looks at it, and starts laughing. With the seconds, her face is getting more demoniac. 

Finally, there's a text which says that the police found Micah's body and that no one knows anything of Katie. 

The most terrifying scene I think are all the nights. The things that happens aren't like zombies, that you know that it can't be real. The things that happens are like ghosts and things like that, and that's something that could make you be scared. 

Comic Relief

The Comic Relief is the inclusion of a humorous character, scene or witty dialogue in an otherwise serious work, often to relieve tension. 
Comic relief usually means a releasing of emotional or other tension resulting from a comic episode interposed in the midst of serious or tragic elements in a drama.

Normally, when I laugh while I'm watching an horror film is because I've just scream or something like that. Also I laugh with some faces people do. 
One film I remember I laughed but at the same time I was super scared was with The Exorcist, when the girl is in the bed screaming, vomiting in the face of a man, moving her head... 

Suspense

The master of suspense is Alfred Hitchocock and his most famous horror film is Psycho. 
Normally, in his horror films he use suaves and unflappables heros, outlandish dangers, beautifuls predatories womens...

To create more suspense, the first time he used a subjecive camera.

My cousin Patricia

My cousin's name is Patricia and she is a make-up artist.


When she was our age, she hated have to study, so when she was sixteen, he left the school without the ESO and went to work in a shop.
She likes to work, and she do it good, so she always had work.
But one day, she decided that she had to do something more in her life, and started studying what she didn't study in school.

She didn't know nothing about english, and as she knew that it's important, she started to study.

After, she entered in a formation cycle makeup, and she saw that this is what she really like. She did all better she could, and she worked so hard everyday, trying to learn more and more.

One day, her head told her if she would work in Disney Land Paris, making up the dancers and others. For this, she needed to know french, and she didn't know nothing. In addition, if she accepted, she'd have to leave her home and her family.
So finally, she didn't accept.

Shortly thereafter, her boss asked her if she wanted to work making up deads. She was very surprised, and she didn't accept, in that moment.
Few days later, she pointed to go to try to make-up deads, but when the day arrived, she didn't go.
She still have this oportunity, but this work I think it's too special.

After this, she continued working hard.

One day, her chief went to talk with her, and she asked her if she would start working making up people of TV. And she accepted.

She did a TV ad too. It was Fanta's ad, where there's a boy singing. She was the third official make-up artist.

Actually, she is working for another work, but I don't know what is it.

So, never say never, because you don't know what would happen in your life!
Look her! She left highschool without ESO and now she is working in television studios !!!

Autumn

The autumn is the end of the summer. He tells us the holidays, the sun, the short shorts and the t-shirts are completely ending.
It's time to start wearing long shirts, long trousers, boots, jackets, scarves.
It's the time when the leaves fall, when they are brown, orange, green... the time when the trees are dry and all the leaves are in the floor.

In the autumn, there are some typical celebrations in every single country. For example, on 31th October It's Halloween, althought this one is now international (too years ago it wasn't) and in Catalonia people eat chestnuts (only in this season because on the other seasons there aren't).


This part of the year is where people starts turning on the fireplace. The time is changing, and is getting more and more cold. 
Is when people starts staying at home because it's too cold outside, when the people don't go out less for little things. 

In this season, people stops drinking cold drinks like coca-cola and eating ice creams. At this season, people like to drink hot chocolate or coffes with biscuits.

When the autumn is ending, people can know it easily, because It's everytime colder outside. They can't go outside without hats, scarves and gloves. 
Their jackets are big, and they won't leave it anywhere! 


There's people who don't like autumn. Truly, I love it. I hate when is hot. I don't like going to the beach because all the sand is in my skin. I don't like going to public swimmingpools because I don't know what people did there. I don't like the summer, because sometimes I can't breathe, the moisture is excessive and my hair is always bad. I hate sweating and I hate all. 

I preffer hundred times or more the autumn. Yes, it's too cold and I never shut up saying things like "It's cold", "Why is so cold?", "I hate the cold"..., but I'm pretty sure you won't hear me saying "I want the summer here!", and nothing like that. 
I loooooooooove have to wear jackets, glaves, hats, scarves...! I love going off to bed and sleep with lots of blankets.

This song is sung it by One Direction, but was written by Ed Sheeran. 

Ed Sheeran made this song when he was only seventeen. We don't know who is him talking about. Maybe is a pretty girl who doesn't know she is and who doesn't values herself, as thousands. 

Ed never posted the song anywhere, but he left it to One Direction's members to sing it, and so here it is! 

Let me say a joke that is navigating in social nets. "Ed Sheeran wrote one of the cutest song with seventeen years, and the boys of my highschool can not put a decent status on Facebook.". I know it ain't completely true, but it made me laugh !!

So, it talks about the things he felt in love with that girl. That little things which no one can value, who no one sees and accept. 

It talks about the things she didn't love of herself, like the crinkles by her eyes, her stomach, her tights, her dimples in her back... It also says that he knows she never wanted to know how much she weighed and that she had to squeeze into her jeans. But with all of this, he is in love with her and he loves all her little things. 

There's a part where he says "You'll never love yourself half as much as I love you. You'll never treat yourself right darling, but I want you to", and "If I let you know I'm here for you, maybe you'll love yourself like I love you". I think this is where Ed tried to make her to love herself even for a little more. 

I'm in love with this song! Can you imagine someone telling you this peeeeeeeeerfect things?! People on Twitter says, "If someone tell me this, I'll marry him imediately.". Yes, we should do it!

If I had three wishes...

If I had three wishes I think I'd wish to get everything I really, really want easily. The second wish is that I'd like to meet One Direction's members, and the last one would be to have three wishes more.

The first wish It would be because as everyone, I want things that I'll never have, and that's something that I hate. There are some people who say that you have to believe in your dreams, that you have to do all you can and don't stop until you win. But that's not true, and the truth is that everyone know that.


The second one is easy. I like One Direction, and I want to meet them. I love their music, their personality, the things they do and lots of more things that It's better to don't start because maybe It will be long as all this text or more.
They started when they went to a TV programme called The X Factor from England, and where they were individual. One of them was eliminated years ago and after he went again, where he knew the others four.
There, Simon Cowell (our uncle, for Directioners) asked them to make a boy-band and.. there are! Winning VMA's, EMA's, Bambi's..., singing in The Olympics and meeting the Queen, for example.
They passed of being working or studying to be one of the bests boy-band of the moment! I love them!

And the last one is too, too easy to know why I put it. I think everyone would wish this, or something like that.

The Psychological Horror Story

Edgar Allan Poe wrote lots of histories, but one of them is "The Tell-Tale Heart", which talks about a man who wants to kill the man with who he lives. This old man have one bad eye, and this person who lives with him is obsessed with it. 

When that person finally kills the old man, he hide the dead body under the floor. Then, the police arrive, and he says that he was who killed the old man.

Poe invented the first macabre stories, and the first Psycohological Horror Story was "The Tell-Tale Heart". It was published in 1943.

But apart "The Tell-Tale Heart", he also wrote "The Black Cat", "The Cask of the Amontillado", "Murders in the Rue Morgue"...

The Gothic Novel

The Gothic Novel was invented by Horace Walpole, and the first was The Castle of Otranto. It was published on 1764.

When we did our list about the basic elements, I only put five words that are mentioned in the text which are dark, hidden staircases, claustrophobia, shadows and ghosts, .The others words I didn't include were a castle with secret passages, trap doors, secret rooms, mystery, old house, mansion, disappearances, unexplained events, screams, people who suffer...

Hi!
Few days ago, we did a Intelligence Test in class. The test was quite long and there were some difficult words to understand, but It wasn't difficult!
Then, when I finished, I open the window to see my results. They were similars! If I compare with my classmates.
The thing that I get most was Musical, which was all completely. I guess it is because I'm doing music classes since I was in the school, I play piano and now I'd like to play the guitar (We'll see). Lots of things like phone numbers I know are because when I was trying to remember it, I made a song and It was easier.
Then there's Intrapersonal (Myself Smart), Liguisitic, Kinaesthetic, Visual/Spatial, Intrapersonal (People Smart), and not for my surprise, the last one is Logical. I do not have any of logical. Well yes, sometimes I have it, but only with easy things. I'm not this kind of people who is always trying to understand all the things of life and who tries to compare one things with others.

I wasn't very surprised with my results, I think that maybe they are true.

The Animal in You

One of my favourite animals is the monkey. I think there are not the cutest, but I like see them. There are different types of breeds, and there are a very, very ugly breeds, but then there are a bit of beautiful monkeys, overcoat the littlest. Their little eyes, their little hands... And I think they are crazies! 
But, after I did The Animal in You test, I saw that I'm a zebra. First I was surprised, but then I started to read and I saw that I am this animal! Absolutely! 

It says, "Zebras have evolved in the competitive environment of the African plains, they've developed a tougher exterior and more aggressive demeanor than their cousins, the horses." This part, I don't think so this is completely true. Maybe, when I was littler, I had lot of bad energy when I was angry with my fathers, but I found a solution for this, and I'm not this now. I have to say that when someone do something that I don't like to me, I can change a lot my personality, but only if this bad way was for some time. 

                        

In the second paragraph its says, "Those that come into contact with the zebra find it to be a powerfully loyal and intelligent friend. Its black and white nature shuns the gray zones of compromise and its decided idealism is incapable of accepting defeat in an argument. This is more true. Some people told me that If I have to do something I don't like, or I don't have interes for do it, I forget do it, or, if I do, I do it bad because It's not important for me. 

The worst thing of this, is that I know It's true. I think that I have no motivation for do it, and that's why I do it in this way. 

The third paragraph says, "While its behavior might be construed as selfish, the zebra is generally appalled to discover that others have perceived it to be egotistical. Zebras always expect to be given the benefit of the doubt and are perpetually on the offensive when it comes to setting the record straight with regard to their motives." Again, this is true. I think my face's expression is not what I feel. Sometimes, I'm happy inside, and you can be telling something to me that I like, but my face don't say the same. My face can say that I haven't got interes for that. Or for example, sometimes I'm bad inside, but people can't see it because I'm smiling a little. 

Sometimes, when somebody was talking to me about something nice, I think I was with another expresion in my face and he asked me If I had any problem, and I had no. 

Just this week, my history teacher tolds me that I have poker face. I think my face at this moments was really a poker face. The truth, I have listened a lots of times "poker face", but I never knew what it is, until the teacher told me that. Everyone was laughing, exept me. After I laughed. 

I hate when people have another idea about what I'm feeling and I want to change that.

This one, the last, is only for things like if my friend and I go to a party, and he drinks and I don't, I won't take care of him because I'm at the party too to spend good time, and not for take care of him. Only things like this. 

"Once the zebra's mind is made up, it is difficult to shift its position, which explains its reputation for stubbornness. This reputation is somewhat unfounded however, since the zebra's opinions are only formed after deliberate and logical consideration. This analytical thinking primes them for careers in science, engineering, accounting and football refereeing." I think this is a little strange, but really I'm very stubborn, sometimes.

"Zebras' strong sense of justice makes them ideal for careers in the legal system, including police work or law, while their ability to endure a long race might bring them success in politics. Their love for things tangible makes it unlikely that they'll excel in the arts, and a distaste for physical labor makes zebras largely unsuitable for blue-collar jobs." And this is the strangest thing I have read in this text. For the moment, I hate important things like this. I think It is a very responsability for me, and I don' t like that.

Real Love

In this picture I can see a couple who were married for 65 years, and too much of this time, they lived in the same apartment.
When Monica was 84, she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Her husband, Marcos, looked after her himself coping of being a caregiver.
Monica couldn't chew, so Marcos cook and did everything to her. He had to pueering her meals.

The last year of Monica's live was a little special. She was bedridden, so Marcos had to change her diapers three times daily and help visiting nurses treat her bedsores.
She could barely recognize him, though cuddles and caresses helped her to connect, even if for a few seconds. But Marcos decided to care his wife at home. He said, "Tell me where she is going to be better than here", and "I treat her like a princess, here she has everything".

Monica passed away four years later.


I think this picture is emocional, because I can see Monica in their bed and Marcos is like thinking about something. Probably, in this picture, they had just learned of her disease and It's like Monica is thinking about she will forget lots of things, she won't know who is her husband, her family... And Marcos is like he will have to do all the things (cook, clean the house, go shopping, take care of her...), and the most important, she will forget him.

I don't like see this things. I hate when somebody have to know he will forget all his life, all the people he knows and he can not do anything.
I hate this tipe of things.
When I saw this picture, I got sad, because It ain't only them, there's much people in the world having this problem right now. Too much families having to take care of someone they love. It's difficult for them, their caregiver, but I think It's difficult for the person who have it because he can't do nothing.

In my opinion, this picture is dramatic but romantic at the same time, because It's a difficult thing of life, an important change, but Marcos take care of here a lot. 
Personally, other word for describe this photo is moving.
I think Marcos was very powerfull during this four years.

My dreams

One of my biggest dreams is dance balet for long more time. I'm dancing balet since I was four. When I started, I can't remember, but my mum told me, that I didn't want to dance, and she had to obligate me. 
 I know I don't know a lot, and I don't dance good, but I like it, and I think that's all I need. So for this, I wish can dance for many years, but I think that's too difficult, because If I go to live in another place, like one of my friends, I won't do it. I think that If I really want and I have time, I'll can find some place to dance. And the most important thing is to have willpower, work hard and do all I can.



And I think that It's good to dance when you are old, because all your muscles have to be good all your life. Maybe you won't dance perfectly, but It's good for our health. 

At the moment, I only danced in public at the end of the courses, only with fathers and some friends. In this situations, I'm too nervious, and It's so embarassed. Dance in a lot of more public It's something that for the moment I won't... 

Perhaps you know what's Royal Academy of Dance. My teacher did it, and my classmate's sister could have it, so maybe one day I could! But that's expensive.
