Healthy lifestyle

Having a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean you have to be always worrying of what you eat and how much calories does it have. Having a healthy lifestyle is basically living having a normal lifestyle but taking care and controling what you do. 

First of all, to have a good healthy alimentation the most important thing to do is to control a lot fat and carbohydrates and eat healthy. 

A healthy life is composed mostly by eating everything, but reducing some things and intensifying anothers. For example, vegetables must be present daily and fruit aswell. These things are the basic elements to start with a great healthy lifestyle. Also is essencial to drink lot of water per day. 

Fundamentally, vegetables and fruit might be put in our daily life, but we cannot eat just vegetables and fruit because the excess of whatever is harmful. According with dietitians, we should all eat at least three times a week egg and also red meat and fish. Additionally, we should eat at least two times a day fruit and maximum five, because making an excess of it could increase the sugar in veins.

At night it's recommended not to eat carbohydrates or meat, or anything similar. Basically, the list of the things we shouldn't eat at night is long. What we can do to have a better lifestyle is to eat vegetables (can be sauteed vegetables), salads, egg, tuna, light cheese, barley, quinoa, vegetable hamburguers or tofu burguers. Things like that. 
For dessert, a piece of fruit or yoghurt. 
It should be the lightest meal of the day. 


The breakfast should have lots of things, it should be good done. It is the first thing we eat after lots of hours of no eating and where the last thing you've eaten is very light. So is this the reason why we should all do that. 
The second breakfast is also important because the defenses are smaller and lots of times people cannot concentrate and do the things well. 


The lunch should have the most complete meals. It can have combinations and it's probably one of the best.

The following hours between the lunch and the dinner shouldn't have to be difficult. If you've eaten good, your stomach is fine and it doesn't need more food. Everything is psychological. Although approximatelly at 5pm of course you can eat a break. But not too much.

It is very important to drink water and try to remove bread from meals. Vegetables are really important in hour life and at the end, you can addapt yourself easily! 
Bread, cakes, chocolate, ice creams... These are things you can eat. Moreover, you should. Everytime you stop eating something and then you eat it, even if it is very little, it stays at your body and it is, most of the times, converted to fat. 

Dietitians also say everyone can (must) choose a day (preferably sunday) where they'll eat normal, but without excess, so they can rush the effort of the whole week. 



But having a good alimentation it ain't everything. It is important to do sport and, if it can be, everyday. 
It is very important. I do not know all of what sport does but essentially it makes you have a healthier body and burn fat. 


In my opinion, having a healthy lifestyle is very important in all respects because besides of making your body look better and healthier, it makes you feel better with yourself.
