Having a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean you have to be always worrying of what you eat and how much calories does it have. Having a healthy lifestyle is basically living having a normal lifestyle but taking care and controling what you do. 

First of all, to have a good healthy alimentation the most important thing to do is to control a lot fat and carbohydrates and eat healthy. 

A healthy life is composed mostly by eating everything, but reducing some things and intensifying anothers. For example, vegetables must be present daily and fruit aswell. These things are the basic elements to start with a great healthy lifestyle. Also is essencial to drink lot of water per day. 

Fundamentally, vegetables and fruit might be put in our daily life, but we cannot eat just vegetables and fruit because the excess of whatever is harmful. According with dietitians, we should all eat at least three times a week egg and also red meat and fish. Additionally, we should eat at least two times a day fruit and maximum five, because making an excess of it could increase the sugar in veins.

At night it's recommended not to eat carbohydrates or meat, or anything similar. Basically, the list of the things we shouldn't eat at night is long. What we can do to have a better lifestyle is to eat vegetables (can be sauteed vegetables), salads, egg, tuna, light cheese, barley, quinoa, vegetable hamburguers or tofu burguers. Things like that. 
For dessert, a piece of fruit or yoghurt. 
It should be the lightest meal of the day. 


The breakfast should have lots of things, it should be good done. It is the first thing we eat after lots of hours of no eating and where the last thing you've eaten is very light. So is this the reason why we should all do that. 
The second breakfast is also important because the defenses are smaller and lots of times people cannot concentrate and do the things well. 


The lunch should have the most complete meals. It can have combinations and it's probably one of the best.

The following hours between the lunch and the dinner shouldn't have to be difficult. If you've eaten good, your stomach is fine and it doesn't need more food. Everything is psychological. Although approximatelly at 5pm of course you can eat a break. But not too much.

It is very important to drink water and try to remove bread from meals. Vegetables are really important in hour life and at the end, you can addapt yourself easily! 
Bread, cakes, chocolate, ice creams... These are things you can eat. Moreover, you should. Everytime you stop eating something and then you eat it, even if it is very little, it stays at your body and it is, most of the times, converted to fat. 

Dietitians also say everyone can (must) choose a day (preferably sunday) where they'll eat normal, but without excess, so they can rush the effort of the whole week. 



But having a good alimentation it ain't everything. It is important to do sport and, if it can be, everyday. 
It is very important. I do not know all of what sport does but essentially it makes you have a healthier body and burn fat. 


In my opinion, having a healthy lifestyle is very important in all respects because besides of making your body look better and healthier, it makes you feel better with yourself.

Change Your Life is a song I like so much. It is from a girl group called Little Mix formed in The X Factor from United Kingdom. The members are Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards whose boyfriend is Zayn, a member from One Direction. 

I really like this song and what does it says. Seeing the title we can know what does it talks about, and the truth is that the chorus is always repeating the same "CHANGE YOUR LIFE". 

In some part of the lyrics I feel identified because actually I feel like I need a change in my life.

One Direction's concert ♥

Last Wednesday 22th may I can say it was the best day of my life because I went to One Direction's concert !! I was waiting so long for that and finally it arrived!

I remember perfectly like it was a month ago the day I bought the tickets. It was a Monday and I had really bad moments because I was terribly nervous, but It was worth because everything went well and I enjoyed so much the afternoon.


On Wednesday I went to school. I was very happy and very nervous and in addition, people spent the whole morning telling me things like "hey Esther, how many hours left?", "Estheeeer, where are you going today??", "One Direction!!!"... and this is something that made me get more nervous.
I was daydreaming in class and I couldn't pay attention to anything!

Finally it was 2:30pm (time we finish school) and my dad was waiting for me outside. Everyone started telling me things like "good luck", "enjoy", "DON'T use the phone for anything", "cry, dance and sing a lot", "enjoy for me"... It was great.


I wanted to go earlier to there, (although I had allocated seats), but my dad (who accompanied me) was

working and we couldn't go before.
We went fast to home. My dad had already eaten so he didn't had to do anything, just wait me. I ate and I changed my clothes, I make up a bit myself, I took the banners and I was ready to go!

In an hour and half I was in front of the Pavelló Olímpic de Badalona, where there were at least 1500 girls and lots of parents. (It was a mess because as the tickets were on sale days after some girls died in a party, it was obligatory to go with an adult if we were less than 18). And I say there were at least 1500 because I don't know exactly how many people were there but I am pretty sure it was a bigger number!!!

It was so emotional. Seeing all the girls was making me cry.
While we were waiting outside, lots of girls saw them playing football and going up to a bus. It was really stressful but I didn't see them.
Some girls let an horrible and annoying scream going out of their, and forgive me for the expression,  damn mouth. It made everyone think the guys were there and so many people started to run in all directions.

I met lots of girls there, as I went alone with my dad. One of them is the one I was with during the concert. It was funny because she was alone with her dad, and I was alone with mine, so we spoke and decided to let them sit together and even they went to drink a beer!! It was nice. 
Finally, I was inside. It was the moment I knew completly sure I was going to see them in less than an hour.
Camryn sang first and at 8:40pm the boys went on stage. It was the best moment of my life. Seeing them for the first time in my life.

The truth is I didn't cry. I have to say I thought I'd cry a lot, but I don't know exactly why, I didn't.

I was screaming, singing and dancing (what I could dance because there wasn't space) the whole time. Also I was waving them.

After two hours, they said goodbye and told us they have the best fans in the world, that they love us so much and they'd like to come back (and Niall crossed his fingers)!!!!!

They were as they are and this is what I like.

Tisha UnArmed

Tisha UnArmed is a women who was born without arms. But having no arms isn't a problem for her because even she hasn't got any arms, she does everything everyone do. And the question is, HOW? 

Throughout her life, Tisha has been asked so many times how she have showers, how she get dressed, how she cook, how she drive... So she decided to make videos and post them so everyone could see and understand how she does everything of that. 

Although she hasn't got arms, she has got two feets. She use her feets like we use our hands, and it's damn incredible! 
But she has a feet that is not normal. She also have problems with her legs, but she've found solutions!!

The first time I saw one of her videos I was stupefied. I couldn't believe she was doing what I was seeing in the video and I started to see more and more. It's awesome how someone who has no arms can do all that. I really think whether I had this problem I wouldn't do what she does. It's amazing!

Truly, she is someone everyone should admire. I do.

I advise you to watch some of her videos. I would post the best here but It's such difficult...!! All them are astounding!!

Avon Lady

Since more than a year I've been being an Avon lady.
Avon is an American international and distributor of beauty, household and personal care company that sells products through representatives in over 140 countries across the world. It is the fifth-largest beauty company and largest direct selling enterprise in the world.

It is famous for the "Ding Dong Avon Calling", used it when the Avon ladies go to each house to call and ask them if they want something and explain them what is new. 

Avon was founded on 1886 by David H. McConnell in a small office in New York. 

The Avon's business model is quite different than others tipes of business. Is based in the thing called door-to-door sales people, where the Avon ladies go from a house to another. But is not necessary to be like this, because I am from more than a year and I've never done that. I'm really shy to do that. 

Being an Avon lady is something really nice. It doesn't need lot of attention because it is so easy. 
It doesn't have any secret in peculiar. 

To make an order you just need to have Internet, so you can send the products codes.
Each product have a code number and everytime someone wants something you need the code number to send the order. 


What I do is when someone tells me what they want, I always ask them which is the code of the thing they want, the page, the name and the campaign, so it's easier for me to take note of the things each person wants. 
When is the date to send the campaign, I just go to the web www.avon.es and there I send the codes. Then all I have to do is wait until the box with everything arrive, so I can separate the things each person wants and all the work is done!! 
While I give the cosmetics or whatever they've asked, they pay me. When I have all the money, I go to the bank and then I pay to Avon.
Of all of this I can gain some money but it depends of how many have you sold.

I won't say I'm so aplicated because I'm not, but I can't say it's not funny because it is. It's entertaining and very female, and this is something I like so much. 
Avon is something that it may need lot of dedication and I don't give the dedication it needs, so once I was just to leave it, but finally I didn't. 


Since I am Avon lady I've learnt to make up myself with differents things, because each time there's something new I know it and I can't buy it for taste it and that's nice because it's not something you can do with everything. This is especially for when someone wants to taste for example lipstick and they don't know which colour is it in reality, I can leave them so they can see if they really like it. 


I am so happy to make Avon, but it's difficult to have buyers here in school because lots of times my classmates are who have to pay the things and sometimes aren't cheap!! And I'm not going to do the "Ding Dong Avon Calling", so I am not a very great seller, but I don't care about that.

Happy Easter!

The Easter is celebrated different depending the country you are, but the thing almost everyone share is the chocolate. Everyone eats chocolate while the Easter. Everyone gain some calories while the Easter. 

In many places, an important part of the Easter tradition is the egg rolling which usually takes place on Easter Monday. 
These eggs are usually hard boiled and then decorated, so people can recognise their egg. 

The egg rolling is like a game for kids, but sometimes the parents are more nervous! 
There are two type of egg rolling. One is where the eggs are rolled down a hill with the objective to see which egg can go the furhest without breaking and the second one is to roll the egg along using a spoon in a race to finish line on a flat surface. 

The egg rolling started in Germany and the custom travelled to Europe and America. 

The most famous egg rolling ceremony is The White House Easter Egg Roll and the tradition started in 1878, where originally the young children in Washington went to Capitol Hill on Easter Monday for egg rolling and a day of activities. But this event was moved to the White House one year later. 

Also is typical in these countries to hide some eggs in the garden and then the children goes to search them. 


In Spain people don't play the egg rolling and hide eggs, they just sit in the table or in the sofa eating cakes and chocolate. 
Just joking. Here in Spain is typical the godparent give the godchildren a cake with chocolate or money, so the family meets. 

Typical Mona de Pasqua

Since I'm little I've been having a cake with chocolate. Here is called "mona de Pasqua", but this is only in Catalonia. 
While I've been growing up, my "mona" has been changing. At the beginning, it was a typical chocolate cake bought it, but now is a cake made it by them and with money in it. I prefer the last one, but it won't last for ever and It hurts so much!! 

Theoretically, I should have it today, but look, I'm here in the computer because they couldn't come today so I will have mine this sunday, mmh! Can't wait!

Nice views from the plane

As I posted in the last post, I've been in Germany for a week. I had nice days and I had a great experience there. I had such a perfect time.

While I was going there, and while I was coming here, I was looking through the window and the views from the plane were so nice. We flew above The Alps and It was gorgeous!! There are miles and miles of mountains there, and with the snow it was spectacular. 

I'm making a post just to show you what I am talking about. Maybe you will think this is stupid and the pictures won't surprise you, but believe me, seeing this for the first time was so nice. 

And while we were landing...

And while we were coming to Spain... the clouds... oh!

I used to be scared to fly, I've seen some films about accidents in planes like Final Destination 1 and I've been scared to fly for so much time. But this time I enjoyed so much the flight. In addition, the air hostess were so sympathetic and all the time were making funny faces to us. 

Moving on, in the airport there was something really peculiar and funny. As I've said in the last post, we went to the airport from Switzerland. But this airport wasn't totally swedish, half was swedish and the other part french!!! So was really funny because there was like a glass door which separate the two countries and we could cross the door and change of country as much as we wanted! 

It was unbelivable. When we were in the swedish part and we went to the shops, we couldn't pay anything because we needed the currency from there! So we had to go to the french part and then we could pay. It was funny but a bit annoying because if there was something we liked, we couldn't buy it.

Great days in Germany

Since 22th to 29th of March I went to Germany to spend a week with my friend Angelina and her grandparents. I had an amazing and very different week out of everyone I know. 

We woke up very early on that friday and we went to Barcelona to take the plane. We couldn't go to the airport of Girona because we aren't 16 yet and all the flights are from 16 to more if you want to fly alone, without anyone whose 18 or more. And as we were going to fly alone, we flew from Barcelona to the airport from Switzerland because it's near their town. 

The town's name is Bräunlingen and it's very nice. It has some shops and bars and a train station! So we didn't have time to get bored.

The first day we were there the weather was great. It wasn't that cold, obviously it was a little bit colder than here but not a lot. And the second day was great too. But the third it started to be colder until a day later it started to snow. It was amazing! Here it never snows and if it does, it is horrible because snows a lot and there's no light and energy, so it's so cold and we can't cook, see and do nothing. The only good part when snows here is because there's no school. 

The snow there was like relaxed. It didn't snow a lot and it was very normal. We had light, energy and everything. All kept normal. So it was nice!

It was snowing two or three days, and one day was raining. But I liked it anyway. 

We made lots of things. One day we went to Europa Park, a site similar to Port Aventura, and almost everyday we took the train and we went to different cities for shopping or just going to a bar and eat something. And we ate a lot, oh my God. 

Also we went to visit her family, whom were all fantastic. 

One of the best things we did and we two share this idea was to go at night to a bar-restaurant called Flamingo. (And I say at night but it wasn't that night because it close at 1am and it is one of the bars that close later!) There we had such a great time and we enjoyed so much. Some days we went there just to drink coctels and other days we went to have dinner and drink a coctel! 

We had to wear hats and gloves everyday, especially me, because If I didn't my hands became red and then purple and it was so shameful !! 

The comunication was 0. It was very difficult to understand what were they saying. I didn't understand a word. Well, I understood hallo, dankeschön, chao, kartoffeln and salad ingredients because it was one of the things I ate more. I also understood a thing they normally say that means like goodbye but I don't know how to write it. It sounds like "chus". And it's a bit funny because when they pronounce it they say like "chúuus". 

To speak with her parents she always had to be there with me because they first told the thing to her in German and then she told me in Catalan, so I could understand it. 

I only could speak with their uncles who know English and with a waiter that is from Portugal and knew a bit of Spanish. 

It is shocking the differences between Spain and Germany, being two countries that are very near. 

Some different culturals things is that people, as in other countries like Great Britain, don't make two kisses in the cheek when they meet or see someone, they shake hands and hug. It was something that was a bit difficult for me because I always had that necessity to make the two kisses and It was a bit strange for me to shake hands and hug people I don't know. But it was her family, so I wasn't that distanced. 

The other shocking thing was that everytime they arrive at somebody's home, they take off the shoes and walk with socks because if they don't, the house gets dirty. It was strange for me too, but I adapted easily. 

Before going there, eveybody told me I had to enjoy so much because it was a unique experience and I won't live it again. I've lived like a german person for a week, and not everyone can do that. So seeing how people told me that, I enjoyed every minute of that week. It was such a great week. I am so happy!

We Are The World

Do you remember that 12th january of 2010, where in Haiti there was a big earthquake? That earthquake of 7.0. It was one of the worst earthquake ever and there were like 230.000 deads.

We Are The World was a song recorded on the 1th february of 2010 and there colaborated more than 75 famous musicians, after the Grammy Awards.
In the enormous musicians list we can see famous celebrities you may know like Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Enrique Iglesias, P!nk, Usher, Nick Jonas, Lil Wayne, Jennifer Hudson, Nicole Scherzinger, Jamie Foxx or Will.i.am. And even Michael Jackson died some months before, he was included singing part of the song with her sister.

The official video includes at the beginning a part where Jamie Foxx talks a bit about for what the song is it for and asks us to help with anything we can although it's big or small. After this, the song start playing and a image with the musicians firms appears. Then, short videos of how it was Haiti after the earthquake and few seconds after, Justin Bieber starts singing. In the following five, six minutes, more than seventy celebrities sing a little part of the song.
Is a video with lots of images and short videos of Haiti. It shows the people, how they live, how the houses are after the terrible earthquake.


I can remember perfectly when did it happen. I was 12 and I remember how scared I was. Everyone was talking about it, that terrible and scary accident that was killing hundred of innocents persons. And the worst was that we couldn't do a lot to help them. It's true that there was people that flew to there to help, but not me. I don't know, maybe if I went there I would have psychological problems. I don't think I could support to see all these tragedies.


Now lots of people have forgotten what happened three years ago, but I think It is because no one talks about it in the TV.
In my opinion, we should remember what happens in our world. Maybe big things, maybe little, but there are hundreds of things like that and we ignore them.


I enjoy a lot to see all that people together singing the same song with the intention to help and, the song is great!

Kinder surprise

Kinder surprise is something that reminds me of my childhood. My mother didn't used to buy me kinder surprise but yes my grandmother. Everytime I went to my grandparents house there was a kinder surprise there waiting for me to eat it. It was gorgeous!

I used to go to my grandparents house once a week, and there was where I had my little "surprise". 
My sister and I used to be so exited everytime we opened the kinder to see the toy, the puzzle or whatever it was while eating the tasty, delicious and perfect chocolate. That chocolate that if it was sunny you had to pay attention and eat it very fast because if you didn't, the chocolate would be everytime hotter and finally like a hot chocolate. Now I remember... It has gone years since I don't eat one! 

If I was the first of all of my cousins to go to our grandparents house, I could see always their kinders surpirses, and we are eight cousins. All the kinders surprises on the table were like... I want all of them!!!! But we couldn't. 

I can remember that I wasn't that tipe of kid that loves totally the chocolate and lots of times I gave mine to my sister. Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate? Lots of you would love to have that, but if I had that my stomach would hurts so much. Just eating a little piece of it my stomach automatically hurts. I don't know why, it's strange. 

But anyway, we all know kinder surprise is one of the best chocolate ever, isn't it?

The perfect dress for the perfect night

I've always wanted to go to one of those parties at the end of the course, when the lifes of all the boys and girls are going to change completely because everyone is going to change of high school, place or whatever. Those parties where the girls are extremely anxious to go and where they all buy their dresses like six months before or more. Those parties where they divide the tasks and each person does something different: somes prepare the music, others the lights, others the food, others the decoration... Where all the boys have to find a girl to invite to go to the party and where at the end there's always a King and a Queen. 

This is so typical in american films, but it is also in other countries. I'm just so sad and disappointed because here, in Spain, people I don't know why ignores it so bad. Lots of the boys from here I bet they think it is a stupid thing and they wouldn't go, and lots of the boys that would go would dress with tracksuits or with orange, red, blue or green jaquets with an Adidas or Nikes. Lots of the girls would wear shorts, tights and ugly skirts with leopard decorations or something like that. I truly can't understand the mind of this country. 

I know there's people who think like me, and who would like to wear nice dresses or nice clothes. 

Since I'm little I've seen lots of teenager's flims with a party like that. It looks so nicely. The girls are so nervous and also the boys. I'd like so much to have one of this parties but I know It would never be a party like these ones. 
I think if we ever have a party like this, a bit number of the students would help to make it one of the best parties ever. But if for some strange but faboulous reason we have a perfect party, there would be always a thing missing of a american party, and is that they can drive cars at the age of 16 and here the boys can just drive motorbikes. 


I bet lots of girls have dreamed with this. Can you imagine a nice party where you need to wear a nice dress and nice highs? Where all your friends also need nice dresses and nice highs? Where the boys you've seen like minimum four years would wear a nice suit and a nice patent leather shoes (maybe?) ? 
Oh, It looks so amazing. 

There are thousands and thousands of perfects dresses. There are lots of kind of dresses out there. There are short dresses, longs, mediums... But all of them are nice, lots of times. 





If I ask you which kind of dress would you wear, which would it be? I think I'd decide for this kind of dresses. And yes, maybe I would decide for a colour of this style, it's my favourite!

La magie de Paris

I've been two times in Paris, but I don't know why lately I want to go there so much!

The first time I went there I was 7, but I wasn't that exited because I just wanted to go to Disney Land Paris. I went there with my family and another family with a van of seven. There was another member, but he was inside his mom, she was pregnant. 
I was 7, my friend 6 and my sister 2, so we were too little and our parents couldn't do lots of things because we got tired so fast. 
We went like two or three days to Disney Land Paris and I enjoyed so much! We were the happiest kids in the world! 

The second time I went there I was 13, and I don't know why I used to hate french and I wasn't that exited again. I wasn't exited to go to Disney Land Paris and to Paris. 
I went again with my family and the other family. Then we were four childs, not three. I was 13, my friend 12, my sister 7 and the other one 6, so this time who was exited to go to Disney Land Paris were my sister and the little one. 
We went six days there, three days we stayed in Paris and the others three days in Disney Land Paris. But this time our parents decided to go first to Paris because if we went first to Disney and then Paris, we would be so tired and unbearable. So if we went first to Paris, we would be great because if we wouldn't, we wouldn't go to Dinsey. 
So we were the best childs ever! 
But I didn't enjoy completely. I was just 13 and I hadn't start enjoying going to visit museums and famous things yet.


But now, when I remember how amazing the Lubre's museum was and how beautiful the city was, I just want to be there.
Even when I went there it was raining, I liked it so much. I think Paris is one of the cities that is beautiful even if it's raining.

I'd like to go again. Now I am older and I'm interested in history and culture. I think I would enjoy more the Lubre's museum and I'd like to go again to the Eiffel Tower. 

I'd like to go to a bar and eat a great cupcake with this hot chocolate undone from Paris and a coffe while watching the Eiffel Tower! Or a typical crepe! Mmmmh...
Don't you think it would be great? 

Now I'm trying to persuade my mother because she also loves Paris and I'm telling all the time things of there. 

I would love to go first to London, I hadn't been there for the moment but I know I will go there one day. 

Pyramus and Thisbe

This last week I discovered a new thing. We were in Latin class, and we were reading the story of Pyramus and Thisbe. When we finished reading it, we all thought it was a smiliar version of Romeo and Juliet, and we asked to the teacher if Shakesperare based his story in Pyramus and Thisbe and she said yes!

I bet 85% of the population don't know about who is Ovid. Truly, I didn't know who he is until few days ago. He is the author of Pyramus and Thisbe.


Pyramus and Thisbe is about two neighbours whose their families hate each others. The only son of one of the families and the only daughter of the other one knew each other since they were little but they hadn't talked before.
One day they saw a crack in the wall. They started talking between this crack and finally they decided to meet at night near a source.
Thisbe arrived first, but while she was waiting for Pyramus, a lion which had just killed and ate an animal and was with all her mouth with blood appeared. Thisbe was freaked out and she run away until the lion left. But while she was running, her veil dropped and the lion played with it and left it all with blood.

Then Pyramus arrived, and didn't saw Thisbe but the bloody veil. He thought she was death, so he took his dagger and killed himself. His blood made the blackberries became red when before this, all the blackberries were white.
But Thisbe was still there, hiden behind a rock. Then, she decided to go out and see if Pyramus was alive. But when she arrived there, she saw Pyramus death. She saw him with the dagger in his hand. Also she saw how the blackberries were now red because of the blood and said that since that moment, all the blackberries would be red. Then, she took Pyramus' dagger and killed herself by his side. They were all death.

Finally, the two families decided to bury the bodies together.



Now you can see how smiliar Romeo and Juliet's story and Pyramus and Thisbe's story are.
Everybody know about Romeo and Juliet and a little number of the population know about Pyramus and Thisbe.


I liked so much to know the first version of the idea of Romeo and Juliet, now I just hope there's not an older version of Pyramus and Thisbe !!!
